    Dear Xbox community,

    After starting xbox one in most cases there are no pins, no shop and no ads available, only an message that there are "problems with connection and probably this could be our problem (MS)". Sometimes it takes a couple of seconds and the pins show up without
    doing anything. But in most cases the concole freezes and the problem can be ony fixed by a "coud restart".

    THis error occurs one time a day. After restarting the console it works.

    Does anyone has a suggestion? I`m connected via wireless, NAT Type is "middle"

    I tried clearing the alt. MAC address over the weekend, and it didn't initially work. However, since yesterday my Pins have returned! Not sure what finally made it sync, but its been 24 hrs and they're loading up as expected. I can only hope they stay where
    they belong for now xbox live - pins not available (after start of console) :)

    ~ I'm not sure what the "Program Program" refers to.

    ~ OS Version: 6.2.12825.0 (xb_rel_1505.150507-2219) fre

    I just ran a network test (8:40 pm PDT), and the message displays :

    "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues. Sorry there's a problem on our side. To see which services are affected..."

    Not sure if this is referring to the current XB Live Connection alerts or something else.

    Very weird indeed. Since this starting happening right after the April 2015 update, I was hoping that the May update would fix my issue. However, my Pins are still inaccessible from my Xbox One or Smartglass devices.

    The Home screen without my Pins available is quite annoying, but merely inconvenient. Still, I'd appreciate any response from Microsoft :(

    Snap update

    I can't go full screen.

    When I go to my games and apps and press start on Game DVR I can only select pin to home or help.

    When I go to my dashboard and go to the pin and press start it only shows remove pin or move pin.

    Tried to open dvr straight after xbox started up and it opens settings and game dvr as a snap

    Did a factory reset and it now shows I have 0 gamerscore

    Your console should eventually sync everything with Xbox Live after a short time. I didnt have any of my pins showing for a couple of hours after a factory reset. If you can log into your live account on the Xbox webpage and it shows the correct Gamerscore
    you should be fine.

    Why did the update screw up dashboard pins?

    I launched Minecraft with in my pins, after a while my xbox freezes, and when i wanted to get back to start the game my pins wont show up any more. Ive tried to re-pin my Minecraft and it says " You can not pin this file at the moment, try again soon." Hopefully
    they will fix this. :/
