    Hi I am trying to turn off parental controls on my Xbox account but whenever I try to go to accounts.xbox.com it sends me to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings.
    I went to that link before when I was trying to figure it out but now I cant go change my Xbox settings. I also tried on my phone and it didn't work.

    did you have a previous credit card on file? If So It's Trying to charge that card. It's a simple fix just message xbox support team and they will cancel the pending charge!
