Xbox Live permanently suspended me for no reason???

I was already serving a 4 day suspension for participating in trash talk, so I couldn’t send messages or interact with any players for that short period of time, and I still have one more day to go before that suspension is lifted and today I woke up to find out that my console is permanently banned for what??? I didn’t use any modified software, I don’t m use any hacks, and I didn’t break TOS, nor do I cheat. Thousands of dollars was put into their ecosystem just for their flawed support team to do something like this is a slap in the face to somebody who’s been giving them money since 2007.

How can they not the discuss the reasoning when it’s my console (Series X) they’re making me throw in the trash for a new one along with my account that has over 119k gamerscore, with a 15 year tenure? This is the same company that claims to be ‘pro consumer’ and puts the gamer at the center of everything.

I understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, I would like to let you know that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions or discuss the reason.

I recommend you to do an appeal if the enforcement website allows you to do so. You can review how to do this by following the steps provided here:

There is an issue with suspension notifications telling everyone they have been permanently banned when they're not. So it most likely isn't a permanent suspension. Unfortunately, there is also an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment. Until that's fixed, there's no way to find out information about the suspension or submit a review.
