    Xbox Live perma ban


    One of my accounts has recently been permanently banned, no thanks to my nephew. And now, I'm unable to play the digital copies on my other account. I need this account resolved. Either I get reimbursed or a lawsuit ensues

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     However, per the terms you agreed to when you create your account, you forfeit any content when your account is banned.

    so you're trying to tell me that I forfeit my games because of an account ban? Content sure but my entire game? $60+ a piece? I don't think so

    Yes. Any games, content, gold, etc. is forfeit when you receive an account ban.

    The enforcement team doesn't perma ban for only 1 thing they look at you past behaviour and never perma ban you on your first enforcement if you don't agree with your ban then go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review it's unlikly the unban
