Xbox live pending.. 4 days no xbox live

Xbox game pass ultimate payment has come out of my credit card last week but my account says payment pending been 4 days with no xbox live now... How long is this gonna take? I'm missing out on weekly features on my game that I won't get back

Have reached out then been waiting 4 days made 4 phone calls. Can't understand why it's so hard to cancel my sub so I can re do it

My payment was on 4/14/2020 live was woking just fine now it's not. I looked in order history it says my subscription is pending

Did you find a fix? Mine is exactly the same... 6 days of waiting now no xbox live but payment had come out
