XBox Live PC Games won't show

Has anybody had trouble with PC games showing on the XBox app on Windows when they've signed up for the XBox Live PC Pass? I'm only seeing Cloud Gaming and Community on the left hand side under my profile and even the Cloud Gaming option complains that I've not got a controller (I was hoping to use keyboard and mouse for some games), and seems to suggest I need the Ultimate pass in order to play any games - in which case what exactly does the PC Pass actually give me??

Like I've said a couple of times now, it's PC Games I am looking for, but instead I am only seeing cloud gaming which I don't want.

Xbox games.pass for pc is different from.Xbox gamepass.ultimate or console only.play anywhere or.pc versions are on gamepass for pc

Yes I know - I said I'm running Windows and have bought the PC Game Pass, so the version is the correct one, but I'm not seeing any PC Games listed in the Windows app.

I should add that I'm running Windows via Parallels on a Mac, so technically not a PC (but will be seen by the app as a PC and this use case is supported)
