xbox live pc capture question

Excuse me that I can't explain this. I was curious.... On xbox one you are able to capture, video record then uploads to xbox live and the drive. My question is could you do the same on the pc. I mean using (playing gears of war 4 pc, I capture a screen
shot then the picture upload to the xbox live network.)

I apologies in advance if it is difficult to read.

The other thing you may consider is not uploading your screenshots or clips until you have reviewed or trimmed them. I take a lot of shots and on review I delete some if I don't like them and always trim my clips.

This saves a lot of bandwidth if you have capped internet and stops your feed from being cluttered. I don't even upload achievements.

There is the Xbox Game bar setting you can use on your Windows 10 device, or you can install software such as OBS (Open Broadcasting Software) often used by streamers to record your game play directly on your PC for later uploads.

The best way to keep those clips is, install the Xbox app on your laptop or pc. Then on your console go to your captures and upload them to one drive and upload them to live. Then go to the Xbox app on pc or laptop click on the captures and scroll through
what is live and download the clips to your pc or laptop in a file.
