Xbox Live (PC) can't log in

Is Windows up to date and all of the Xbox services? Make sure Windows has the
latest update: Select
check for updates now, and then select
Check for updates. Or, select the Start button, then select Settings > Update
& Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. If there is an available update, select
Install now.

Also check if the game or any Xbox Services need any updates through the Microsoft Store: Select the
Start button, and then from the apps list, select
Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more (…)> Downloads and updates >
Get updates.

Run the troubleshooter if Windows and all of the Windows apps are up to date: Select the
Start button, and then select Settings >
Update & Security >
Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.

Let us know the results!

I've done all the above but when i did run Troubleshooter, It says
''stalled or crashed applications couldn't be fixed''.

How exactly do i fix this ?

PS: at the end i looked into more details, it says ''Re-configure stalled or crashed applications''.

Should i re-install everything ?

Checking https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status there appears to be some technical difficulties right now on portions of Xbox. You could also try restarting
your PC, or uninstalling/reinstalling the game to see if it fixes the problem. Let us know if how it goes for you.

This actually helped! Now I can log into account.xbox.com. There was a problem with an older account of mine. Now I just added them both into a family as adults. The only problem now is, when chaning the privacy & online settings and trying to apply them,
I just get the message: "Unexpected Error. Try again later." Trying again later didn't help.
