    Hi

    I have been doing some banking admin and noticed some xbox live payments that dont seem to make sense.

    I have three xbox consoles in my household and had various versions/offers for xbox live over the years

    Currently (todays date 4th Jan) my subscriptions are

    1 x £10.99 ultimate which is used as game share with another console

    1 x £6.99 live on another console

    I think that somewhere as stated in the community pages there are ghost xbox live subscriptions still been payed for and not used.

    could this be looked into please if possible to see if any refunds are required for services not used in regard to xbox live.

    All the subsriptions are described below.

    20th June 2018 to 26th July 2019 £5.99

    August 2019 to December 2019 £6.99

    3rd May 2018 to 4th Sept 2019 £7.99

    Hey there AB! Apologies that you're getting that error message. If you would like to remove a payment option from your account, click here (support.xbox.com/.../remove-xbox-live-payment-option)
    If you would like to change a payment option, follow these steps (support.xbox.com/.../change-xbox-live-payment-option) and if you would
    like to add a payment option, click here (support.xbox.com/.../add-xbox-live-payment-option) I hope those links helped out. Post back to let

    WHY CAN'T I REMOVE MY CREDIT CARD!?

    Removing payment options:
    support.xbox.com/.../remove-xbox-live-payment-option

    Important You can’t remove a credit card that is associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership. If you try to remove the credit card associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership, you will be prompted to add a new payment option for your membership.

    If you don’t want to add another payment method, call Xbox Support for help removing your payment method. When you call, please have your gamertag and payment information available.

    You need to add another form of payment before you remove an older one. Here is the steps on how:
