    Im trying to buy a ome month subscription to Xbox Live, but ita not registering. I'm not even getting an error message. Any idea what's going on?

    Stop xbox live payment from going through

    Recently my 3 MONTH subscription to xbox live expired. On 1/28/2013 to be exact.

    I have originally used a prepaid card from a retail store, and forgot that I have a paypal account tied to my xbox account. I was unaware that auto renewal turned itself back on and I have now been charged $26.99 through paypal.

    The payment has not gone through yet as my Microsft Transaction History shows it as pending (Through commerce.microsoft.com)

    Can I get this stopped before it charges my paypal/bank account because my account will over draft if it goes through.

    Stop xbox live payment from going through

    The only thing I can tell you is to call XBOX Customer Service at 1-800-469-9269. They would be the ones that will be able to help you with that. I hope you are able to get this problem solved.

    Are you trying to purchase on the console or the website? Have you considered getting a membership card from your local retailer?

    Check commerce.microsoft.com to see if the payment and order went through. If it has or you're not sure what's been happening then you should contact phone support for more assistance.
