    Xbox live:payment and billing


    I am trying to pay for my suspended Xbox live subscription with PayPal and it gives me an error code. I've paid for things on Xbox with the same PayPal account but this time it is not working when I try and pay for my suspended Xbox live subscription.
    I don't understand why it's so much hassle to pay for Xbox live.

    How do I remove my credit card information from my account?

    Every time I find an option under billing that says "Remove payment option" it redirects me to this page.

    support.xbox.com/.../remove-xbox-live-payment-option

    There is no "Payment & billing" option. And when ever I click billing, then remove payment option, I'm sent back to the link above.
