Xbox live paymemt

I began paying for my subscription through my phone carrier(verizon). I juat recently. Switched carriers and ported my number. Howerver, i cannot use that number or my wife's to pay bill. I keep receiving a notification that something went wrong on their
end and to try later.

Is there anyone out there who experienced a similar matter.

Umderstood. But the question /problem remains. Im still unable to use my phone to make the payment. Which was the issue all along. Im unable to edit any info at present

I am not sure what could be causing this.

The only thing I can reccomend at this point is to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com

You can buy an Xbox Live Subscription with your credit card, or buy a code in a phisical store and redeem it
