    Xbox live paying issue


    hi

    In february my xbox live one year subscription automatically renewed. It was working fine until today. I have to xbox one (my brother has the other) and one of them is just working fine but the other says my xbox live has been suspended due to paying issue
    which is weird because i’ve already payed for it and the other xbox is working fine. Could anyone help me please? It drives me crazy...

    I've only ever experience Playstation only, and never Xbox live. I guess the fact that you pay to play Xbox live is always going to mean that online is more stable, as it is a service for paying customers. Saying that the only time I've ever had problems with Playstation online is when GTAV was released, but I think that was an expected issue.

    Xbox LIVE can't connect error.

    Xbox live down as well. Wish the service that I am paying for would work as advertised. I would like the Xbox live team to get this issue resolved ASAP!

    Why cant we play multiplayer games without gold

    We are paying for the servers and the technicians that maintain them to play MP games. You can use Microsoft Rewards program to get Xbox Live and Xbox Game Pass gift cards to pay for the service if money is an issue.

    Um, you are NOT paying money for the Xbox app, beta or otherwise...?

    Any money you are paying, is for Xbox live gold, and/or game pass...

    If you're having issues with the companion app beta, I would suggest using the stable build?

    It is not an Xbox LIVE Issue. It is solely that of your ISP. Tell them you believe someone is Denying you for Service you pay for.
