XBOX LIVE - Payed twice

Hello,

I need your help regarding a little problem. Apparently I payed twice my Xbox Live subscription for 1 year. I think maybe due to a Internet problem at the moment of the payment.

Do you know if there is a solution ?

Payed twice?

So I register for X-box live for three months at 28.99$ and I was charge twice. There is an error. Can you contact me via my email ou my phone to solve that problem.

They can get you a refund.

Hey Jordan!

Just wanted to add that we also have a
refund request form on our support site through which you can hopefully have this attended to as well.

If not, yes, CrazY1985's suggestion to get in contact directly with Customer Support would be your best bet to rectify that.

zach but does samsung operate their own network? you clearly don't get it. now what app on the xbox live marketplace do you have to pay for? you say the charge you twice. YOU ARE NOT PAYING TWICE. are you paying twice for netflix? no you are not. you are
paying for xbox live gold $60 a year, which includes access to the apps. so YOU PAY TO USE MICROSOFT'S SERVERS. Zach in your case you are definately saying you pay $9 a month to access netflix and then you have to pay and additional $9 thru xbox live THAT
THERE WOULD BE PAYING TWICE.

so the 9 bucks actually goes on top of the 5 bucks a month it cost for xbox live gold. do you get it yet? XBOX LIVE is it's own network a closed network ALL THE APPS ARE A PLUS for those whose sign up for gold. so really why are you complaining when there
are alternatives as you say smart tvs, ps3, nintendo wii. but in the case of xbox why should silver members get the same access as those who pay to upkeep the service?
