    i deleted my profile and tried to redownload it and still same problem

    I'm getting error code 8015D003

    When I ever get on my profile on my Xbox it says to put my email and my password for this profile an I have a family account but this profile is only one I use so when I enter my password it says this "Sorry, something's wrong with your Microsoft account"
    go to account.live .com and I did but there was nothing to help me get back on my profile on Xbox live please helpxbox live password works on account.live but not on xbox 360 :(

    cannot download xbox live profile

    I was having problems to login to xbox live from XBOX 360, so I've deleted the profile and tried to download it, but it still keeps saying password did not work. But on PC I am able to login, it only does not work from XBOX 360. I also tries to change the
    password - did not help

    I believe the same happened to me... It could strongly be that your password is too long. Seems to work on the XB1 but not on the 360, Please let me know if that resolved your issue. Thanks!

    Can you please go to the
    website for account protection and security    , and check if you have Two Step Verification enabled?

    If so, you need to scroll down a bit, to the "App Password" paragraph.

    Create an app password, and use that app password on the Xbox 360, as the Xbox 360 console can't (yet) work with the Two Step Verification code requests.
