    I'm in pretty deep water here.

    Long story short, received email saying both password was changed and that security info was deleted. Tried to recover account and it says account does not exist.

    I'm pretty sure that someone hacked and then deleted or changed the email of my account. tried as many support options as possible but can only work with account management while online because for some bright idea I can't call in and speak with an operator.
    No dice on all accounts.

    How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

    Overview

    It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

    Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

    How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on Xbox.com

    1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

    2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

    How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on your console.

    1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

    2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

    3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

    4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

    5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

    In case you want to change the billing name on your Xbox LIVE account, go to Xbox.com

    Error code 80151012

    The issue is I can't download/recover my live account to ANY xbox, not just my own. I've cleared my cache at least 50 times by now. I've tried reformatting the hard drive, I've removed the hard drive and tried a USB, I've checked my security proofs, recovered+changed
    my account password several times, changed the email associated with the live ID, deleted the Marketplace update and re-downloaded it.

    I managed to find the email listed under security info as an alternate email and delete it, aswell as change my security question and password again just to be safe.

    I'd also be sure to change the Gamertag's associated Windows Live ID, security question(s), update any other recovery information (such as other email addresses AND their passwords, security questions and answers) along with all passwords too.

    In order for someone to change your security info (the alternate account) they must have access to your account. You should change your password as recommended by the support team .

    1) Sign in at http://account.live.com then choose Change Password.

    I assume you have a problem getting the key code when asked since it linked to an alternate account you do not know.

    To change the alternate account. Follow these steps

    1) Sign in at http://account.live.com then choose Edit Security Info

    [Click on the Overview tab --> Security Info]

    2) Delete the alternative email address. (It will take 30 days for changes to occur)

    3) Add a new alternative email

    support.xbox.com/.../change-xbox-live-gamertag
