Xbox live pass no longer working

We purchased a 3 month gold pass for xbox 360. When we installed the card last Friday, my son was able to play for 2 days. Now, he gets a message saying "Current account is not allowed to play xbox live." I am unable to find a # anywhere to call customer
service for help. please help!!

You can't connect to Xbox live.

my xbox live was working just fine and I accidently pressed a pass lock on the xbox live. I kno the pass lock but I cant connect to xbox live now and I need help. ive tried the steps they suggested andnone work. once I have the xbox live working I can
take the pass lock off as with xbox live , I have access to account management but I cant connect to xbox live. I need help

Your Gamer Profile does not have the correct permission to access Xbox Live functionality.

It seems you no longer have a working Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Your name is silver which means you have the free version of Xbox Live

You may want to check
http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the gold subscription does show on his account. This past weekend was a free gold weekend so he would have been able to play online even if the code didn't redeem.

If the site does not show the subscription (and it wasn't added on another account), you would need to try redeeming the code again.

If the site does show he's supposed to have gold, you would contact support at 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Hi,

The 'Games with Gold' titles require a standard Xbox Live subscription to work. When you end Ultimate and go back to standard Gold they will continue to work as they did before. Any games you download from Game Pass will no longer be playable.
