Xbox Live Party With Fight stick

Lobby chat will not work with a TE2 fight stick using the kinetic. This is a real problem as none of the Xbox one fight stick come with a mic port. I have been trying to use the kinetic to chat with players in lobbies but I get no sound at all. Party
chat seems to work but actual lobby chat seems very buggy.

I would like support for 3rd party fight sticks. So I don't have to go out and buy a new one.

Well I agree it would be great to have a fight pad,. I would hardly say the system is crap. I love both the Xbox One and the PS4, but it doesn't make sense to me that Hori puts out a great fight pad for the PS4 that only has 1080p Injustice and ignores the
Xbox One which has the best next gen fighter Killer Instinct. I use fight sticks anyways, so it doesn't bother me that much. I do see how the current Xbox One controller is not meant for fighters. I. Sure as more fighting games come out there will surely be
at least a third party fight pad. For now just use the Madcatz stick!

No accessories from the 360 will work on the xbox one.

Actually, there is a line of converters available that allow Xbox One play with 360 Tournament Fight Sticks:

Note, I heard that some versions have been banned from competitions. Otherwise, I've seen a mix of good and bad reviews, so you may want to do some research.
