Xbox Live Party Chat

Hello!

So i have encountered a bug on my console, anytime i join certain parties with PC gamers it cuts my connection to online xbox live parties and simply says "Connecting..." however it never connects.

i have researched every possible quick fix, restarting my console, clearing alternative MAC cache, hard restart console, signing into xbox account through a PC and changing privacy settings, (however all my settings were already allowing cross platform play
and so forth) i changed them to 'default adult privacy settings'. Furthermore i have 'tweaked' my DNS settings manually to '8.8.8.8' and secondary to '8.8.4.4' which one of the Xbox/Microsoft helpers suggested on the online chat. i have signed out of my
accounts on my console and re signed in, i currently have a shared family account with my father, however none of the settings on both accounts are restricted at all, we both play on seperate consoles and both accounts are unable to join online parties with
PC gamers. i have also signed out of the account completely on the xbox and resigned in and it still unfortunately encounters the same issue.

In addition to this, all gaming online works perfectly fine, game chat works fine, and so forth. Furthermore, whenever my other friends play online (console users) when we're all in a party with PC gamers using Xbox the console automatically kicks me to
"connecting..." whereas all my other mates can communicate fine. i have also noticed that the 'connecting..' bug also happens when there is 5 or more participants in the xbox live party even if all participants are on the same platform (all on console).
On the other hand, i can successfully join xbox parties with PC gamers and console gamers through my mobile phone using the xbox live application, but when i try back on the console it does not work.

I was hoping someone would kindly reach out and help me with my issue, unfortunately it is not a quick fix, as i had hoped. All settings have changed to 'default adult settings' however before they were basically the same just one setting that didn't allow
strangers to see 'full name and location'
