Xbox live & Party chat

For the last week or so i've been having a strange problem with my console, whenever i lose connection to a match or player, such as Fifa 15 Seasons match, EA servers, Destiny Servers etc my party chat stops working? i Can't hear anyone and vice versa, if
i leave the party it doesn't tell my friends i've left, if i rejoin it doesn't tell them i've rejoined and it still doesn't let me hear them and again vice versa, i've tried resetting my modem and my router, my NAT is always open, my ports are open, i've also
tried being on a DMZ for my xbox one, and i've also tried both wired and wireless and the problem still persists and it's really frustrating me.

Voice chat

My friend & I always end up using Xbox Live Party Chat because we have a hard time hearing & understanding each other with the in-game chat.

 

Can you play Xbox Originals and still be connected to Xbox Live?

[/quote]No, you're removed from Party Chat. The Guide Button is replaced with all current Support from Xbox LIVE while playing Xbox OG Games.
