Xbox live party chat studdering

When I join an Xbox live party chat and two or more people talk at once the audio comes through my headset stuttering and I cannot understand anything and my friends cannot understand me. I can hear my game fine the only issue is the party chat. I have tried every troubleshooting device I could find on the Internet I have also tried resetting my Xbox I have tried everything online but nothing fixes it. I have also bought two different controllers and use three different headsets still no solution

Seems like you performed all the necessary steps. This can be an issue with your Internet Connection as well.

Let's test your network connection and multiplayer connection. Please let me know if there is an error that will show up:

Settings > General > Network Settings > Test Network Connection & Test Multiplayer Connection.

I would also appreciate it if you can provide me your current NAT Type.

Also everything from Xbox to controller is fully updated

You may have been in game chat while you where in an Xbox Live Party. Check the features in your party settings to make sure you are in Xbox Live Party chat and not in game chat.
