Xbox Live Party chat forcing me into game chat

If a game refuses to let me party chat, I wont play it. I wont be talking in the public chat regardless of if they force me to or not, and if I am being forced to exit party chat and stop talking to my friends, then I wont bother playing the game. *** whoever
decides to do this.

Party chat or in game chat. Don't force me to private chat with only one friend. Easier matchmaking with friends. I want to just hit a button and invite my friends into my game.

You may have been in game chat while you where in an Xbox Live Party. Check the features in your party settings to make sure you are in Xbox Live Party chat and not in game chat.

you sure your party leader isnt switching to game chat? you can still be in a party and play s&d but it forces you to be in game chat.

You can party chat while playing the game.

you are forced into offline mode but you are able to both play the game and be in party chat.
