Xbox live party chat error 0x89231041

Xbox live party chat will not work on my network. A few seconds after joining or creating a party I will be disconnected and get an error message.

"Something went wrong with your party. Try again later. [0x89231041]"

Well I've been trying for 4 months and later never seems to come. I looked around and can find similar error codes but not this exact one. What does it mean?

Also can confirm that party chat works fine on other networks so it is not a hardware or account issue. I know it's something with my network setup but not sure what.

The same things happening to me but my code ends with F not 1

You may have been in game chat while you where in an Xbox Live Party. Check the features in your party settings to make sure you are in Xbox Live Party chat and not in game chat.
