Xbox live Party and Game chat are not working after 24 hour ban

everyone has this problem, ive seen posts from 8 months ago that havent been answered... i have just got back on my xbox pretty much 48 hours after my ban was lifted and i can still no use party or game chat.. my voice and chat messages work fine. i have
been a xbox user since 2008.. and a xbox live user since 2009.. i have never been banned or done anything wrong and this is what i get? someone please answer or help me. i would really appreciate it

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try deleting your profile, then power cycle again and finally redownload your profile. That should work to clear things out for you.

i tried all those starts yesterday when the ban was first lifted, ill try in a couple of hours when it has been a full 24 hours after the ban was lifted. will post later to let you know

 

Ii have the same issue I don't understand this it can be blocked in a moment but not unblocked correctly

 

I have the same problem and can't seem to find a fix, tried everything- so don't tell me to hold that power button for another 10 seconds because I WONT.
