Xbox Live parties and multiplayer are NOT working!

This has been going on for a while now and it's really starting to get on my nerves I have paid for xbox live and I'm getting 10% of the services. This is a load of rubbish if YOU don't sort it it I will have to consider using a different service because
yours has to many issues. I consider this to be a great waste of my money. Please fix this as soon as possible.

I cant connect to xbox live parties or multiplayer games.

I just bought this new router and I could connect to xbox live parties.

But the thing is that its been like five days and now I cant enter parties or join multiplayer games.

I dont think its my router (Belkin N300) I checked all the the setting and it still does not work.

By the way im using a wlan cable so I dont think its a Nat type problem.

If would be helpful if you could describe your problem a bit further.

What happens if you start a party? Any Error message, error code?

What happens if you try to get into a Multiplayer Match? Any Error message, error code?
