Xbox live parental settings

I bought the xbox game pass and downloaded forza horizon 4. But i cant use the auction house or downloadable paint jobs because of the parental settings. But there is no way to change them apparently. I'm not in one of those microsoft family groups and
there is no other account that can change my parental settings. Is there any way to fix this?
