    I'm having major issues trying to access Xbox Live at the moment and thus cannot access my cloud saves, which is incredibly frustrating.

    Your site says it's all fine, but all the down detector sites clearly show an issues for thousands of people.

    Error code: 8007065b keeps being reported, which is an Xbox live issue. I've already followed advice to sign out, restart etc to no avail.

    Can you please provide an honest and open update as to what is going on and when it will be resolved??

    Like so many other paying customers, I hope you provide a swift response.

    Xbox live has been having outages today, you can search "xbox live status" and see where outages are being reported and see when it goes back online.
