    Xbox Live on Xbox One - payment?


    I see on our credit card statement that Xbox live was auto renewed. But when I log into my Xbox account I do not see the transaction.

    I also logged into my Microsoft account and do not see any transactions.

    On the Xbox one console, we had to use the 2 Live trial,

    How do I connect to Xbox Live to Xbox one and where can I see if Xbox Live is active on my Xbox account?

    Want the best and cheapest way? Buy the Xbox Live cards, for whatever reason actually buying it digital through MS costs more then 10 dollars more (yearly). Go to anyplace that sells Xbox stuff, or better yet Amazon and just buy a card.

    That is a good tip on the cards. But I don't see any area on my account under transactions where it was renewed ?

    Removing payment options:
    support.xbox.com/.../remove-xbox-live-payment-option

    Important You can’t remove a credit card that is associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership. If you try to remove the credit card associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership, you will be prompted to add a new payment option for your membership.

    If you don’t want to add another payment method, call Xbox Support for help removing your payment method. When you call, please have your gamertag and payment information available.

    You need to add another form of payment before you remove an older one. Here is the steps on how:

    I think you are having problems because you don't have a vaild payment method associated with your xbox live membership and will have to put one on before you can purchase content with ms points.

    Pay-Pal problems.

    You will need to contact Xbox Support at 1-800-469-9269 if you want to remove the paypal account. You cannot remove one form of payment without having another one file. If you need help adding on another form of payment here is a link :
