    I just got an xbox360 s with a year subscription to xbox live my internet and everything else is connected but xbox live isn't! can someone please help

    I feel really dumb my friend on Nintendo switch told me exactly what to do it is now connected to everything. Thanks for the help

    Can't sign into Xbox live for backwards compatible.

    Xbox Live for the Xbox 360 (includes Xbox One, Series X|S back compat) is currently down at the moment. No ETA on a fix.

    The Xbox Live servers for the Xbox 360 are currently down. This is also affecting Backward compatible games on the XBox One and Xbox Series X|S. No ETA yet on a fix.

    just bought a Xbox 360 game on my Xbox one and it won't let me connect to Xbox live its doing it with all my 360 games anyone have this problem? And does anybody have a solution for it?

    Don't worry, it's not just affecting you. It seems to be an issue with Xbox Live on the Xbox 360 (Including back compat games on Xbox One and Series X|S). I'm sure Xbox are aware and are working on a fix.
