    So I’ve tried creating a new Xbox Live account on the Xbox 360 and it’s just not letting me? Is there a reason for this, like the services aren’t available anymore or is it something else maybe?

    Are there just select email services that don’t work for accounts on the Xbox 360 or something? I’d appreciate some help with this issue.

    To help clarify the issue:

    What device are you using? (Xbox 360 / Xbox One)

    If you are using the Xbox 360, I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:
