    I'm trying to play Wh40k Space Marine on my Xbox 360 (I know, I know, it's an almost 13 year old game, but I know it still supports P2P gaming in private sessions).

    However, since purchasing and downloading the Chaos Unleashed DLC from marketplace, when starting the game up and going to the Xbox Live menu it says I need to connect to Xbox Live despite being connected to Xbox Live when I start the Xbox up and test connection. This is problematic as my solo player save is in the Cloud as well - I know I can simply download my solo save to the hard drive again, but this should not need to be done, and the online element of the game is still affected.

    I've tried clearing the Game Cache on the Hard Drive, Clearing the Network Cache in Settings, Formatting the Hard Drive in Settings and starting fresh, I've redownloaded all the game DLC and installed the disk multiple times. It works directly after doing all of that but I don't want to have to factory reset my X360 every time I want to play multiplayer on an ancient game.

    I even changed my password on my Microsoft profile to be less than 12 characters to accommodate the old password rules.

    Any assistance would be appreciated, as I'd like to try and get as many achievements before Space Marine 2 releases in September.

    P.s. my Xbox profile works fine on Xbox Series X, and on PC Game Pass.

    I am having the same issues. Start up 360, connect to Live and then start up COD BO and then it disconnects the xbox live account. It is NOT the router or cable service since this worked fine in the past. I truly believe it is an issue with the game itself
    after the latest update, which is exactly when I started experiencing the problems!

    Any solutions or suggestions?

    It occurs when the kinect is disconnected and after doing a reset with the kinect disconnected. We are in Wisconsin and is rather dry this time of year. Our previous Kinect on the old Xbox 360 worked just fine.

    Don't know if it makes a difference but 1x xbox is hardwired and 1x xbox is wireless...

    When I get onto XBOX Live with both accounts, it's fine... but the second i start playing a game or watching hulu or netflix at the same time the other xbox is... it disconnects... After disconnect it keeps telling you theres something wrong with your internet
    connection when all other connections are still LIVE and RUNNING...

    Same issue on my XBox One. Played Forza today then watched TV and turned off the console. After restarting the console was not able to start any game. I tried with Forza (disc), Killer Instinct (DL), Kinect Sports Rivals (DL) and Powershot Golf (DL).

    When I want to start a game I get a full screen splash screen and after some seconds it returns to the home screen. Non-gaming Apps works fine.

    Tried it connected to XBox Live and disconnected to XBox Live. Same outcome/issue.

    I have the same problem. My router and WLAN are both working normally, and when I sign into my xbox, the Live connection works fine, but when I start a game (GoW I), I get disconnected without any message. When I try to reconnect, it fails and says to sign
    in again. If I leave the game, my Live automatically reconnects and works again, so all the Live connection tests run fine. Returning back to game, no change, it still disconnects without notice. I guess something's amiss at Live.
