Xbox Live on wrong account

I just got an Xbox one and I needed to make a parent account to use my old 360 account. When I made the account I got lost in all of the different prompts and ended up using my code for 1 year of gold on the parent account. Is there anyway to remove the
Live from the parent account and put it on my main account?

What could I be doing wrong? It's my home Xbox, I went offline.

I cannot even log in to my Xbox. I'm not even talking about Xbox live. I can't sign in to my account on Xbox.

Completely 100% wrong!

Just deleted my profile off my xbox one, then downloaded my brothers profile ( as if he was the potential buyer). The two games worked perfect under his account both online and offline.

You would have to contact support to see if they can cancel the gold and give you a token for the remainder of the time to use on the correct account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Also, it is possible to share gold on the One, so you would still be able to use the gold on that console, but if you're planning on using the 360 still you would need to swap the subscription.

Maybe a typo? Sign into your console, go to Settings --> Account --> Account Security. Look under "Current Microsoft Account". Check it THOROUGHLY for any kinds of typos. Maybe "@gmial.com", or "@hotmil.com" or "@yahoo.cm". Don't forget to check the
rest of the email address too, of course. But little things can happen.

You should log into your account on your xbox, and double check the WLID listed under "Account Management" then you'll see what the correct email is. The one you are using to sign into on here is obviously not the same one you have for your console. Good
