xbox live on PC win10

I get this too sometimes

thank you again for your reply, I downloaded the win 10 and made made a bootable usb drive, I have nothing on my PC but FH4 and the only driver I installed is invidia latest driver, and windows updates, I could try to reinstall the invidia driver and deselect the audio, and I have all ports forwarding already, I have tried to connect to 3 different ISP, wired and wifi, 2 of them are 4G mobile and the other is VDSL, sadly all of them are giving me the same result, but I'll try the Graphic driver thing when I get home and I'll reply to you, thank you again.

I don't think there is any solution to this problem not even microsoft can help me solve it, the good news is I pre-ordered Forza horizon 5, the bad news I'll not gonna be able to play multiplayer mode, and I can't buy xbox series x/s because it's $900-$1200+, maybe I should wait wait a year or two... BTW thank you Microsoft

I did a clean installation of the nvidia driver and deselected the audio, I went to the device manager and disabled my network adapter and reenabled it and I get this sometimes



I was searching on google again for some solutions I didn't try and I found 2, I want to ask you if it's safe to try them

thank you for your reply, I don't have any antivirus at the moment on this PC and I never used VPN on it, I'm on the default setting of windows so I didn't change it from private, and I don't know why I'm having a generic mobile broadband driver either, and I ha no problem playing MP games on my PC even Forza, but it happened last year and since I'm trying to fix, keep updating my win, the link you gave me I've tried everything on it multiple times, I'm really desperate
