xbox live on 360

Don't know, but getting really cheesed-off as I stupidly followed all of the 'advice' about how to get my 360 to connect to Live, as according to Real Smart Folk - it was all my fault.

You know - deleting the cache a dozen times, deleting the Xbox updates, and so on. I stopped short of deleting the profile... lol

C'mon guys, fix this - yes, I already have an XBone, but there are 360 games I still would like to play online.

Anyhoo, grumble, grumble, moan, whine....

Is it just Europe?

just rang xbox customer support and they gave me no time of when it's going to be fixed and they couldn't tell me whether they would compensate anyone for the service being down.

 

I think its a ploy to get everyone to buy an xbox one like on tanks now its on xbox one its almost unplayable on a 360 this sort of thing has got to be illegal if it isn't it should be we all pay too much for this kind of treatment!!

I'm afraid it doesn't look like there is an easy answer apart from keep trying. It is not a fault with peoples internet connections it is a problem with microsofts isp around Europe. The xbox support tweets just keep saying the same stuff to be patient
and wait it out.

I have managed to get back online and have been for around 2 hours, however I am keeiping the fingers and toes crossed that I can stay online.

Hope others can get back online soon though.

 

ok now this is just getting rediculous xbox live been like this for past 2 days and we cant do nothing whats the point just get it fixed already,

we pay our way to use xbox live and they am basically robbing us by not allowing us to use it

if it continues like this any longer im gunna just change consoles al together u dont get this many problems with playstation and live is free on them also so just sort it will u!!

 

I still can't. Get on line.its been 48hours .starting. To get sick ov this.any one on Virgin got on line yet

 

This recent Not be able to get online and stay online is ridiculous, for the record I'm a cisco certified engineer so do have some knowledge, its simple close the holes this wont happen!! I get the servers have to have functionality but come on a couple
of holes is expectable ill put it clearer FIND THE VIRUS THEN REMOVE not hard, this doesn't need a engineer it needs better system administration. or has it been hit because your plans are to take the 360 servers offline anyway making them obsolete as from
next year? on a good note you can all play your 360 games on a nice shiny new xbox-one!!!

 

online now but it said your console can not conect to xbox live when i signed in ? even though i was online

 

I repair xbox 360s and sell them as a hobby. I ensure they all have the latest dash version and are not banned from Xbox live. I now have 5 360s that I cannot sell because I cannot get them updated due to not being able to download the latest updates....NOT
HAPPY AS I AM LOSING MONEY....cannot sell any xbox that is not fully updated and checked.......come on Microsoft sort it out.....

 

day 4 of no xbox live for 360 owners xbox needs to get it fixed

 

What a surprise. Once again the issue raises it's ugly head. Unable to connect to live.

I do not think I will be renewing my PAID subscription and will sell my 360 and stick to the PC. I am totally fed up with this.
