    Xbox live on 2 consoles, same login


    My son has 2 xbox’s - one at my house and one at his mums - he uses the same login/gamer profile on both.

    He has the xbox live gold annual subscription.

    He can login and use all the functionality at my house, but when at his mums the xbox live isnt working so he is unable to play online with his friends.

    Does anyone know why this might be and how we can fix it? Thanks

    Has he ran networking tests and verified that the console is connected? What about running a speed test as well? How is the console connected to the internet? What about any error messages? One console is normally considered a HOME console and you should
    be able to login on another console, like being a guest at a friends. Were both of the consoles new to him as well? As another test, he could see about bring the other console over and trying to connect it at that location and vice versa, this will help determine
    if it's a console issue.

    No, there is no Need of 2 XBOX Live. Just login with the same account on both consoles. Have fun.

    Went to website and changed my password

    Verified Xbox Live status and payment Information

    Can log into Xbox live website

    On Xbox console - login to Xbox live, asked for security login, successfully enter password and username, get temporary Xbox Live login, and then after the "remember password" stage, I am given the same error code --- FRUSTRATING!! And wasting my money on
    Xbox live that I freakin pay for!
