XBox Live on 2 Consoles...Again

This can be a bit odd but I know if your account and your son's account are part from the same family group?

If not, please use your account to add your son there. After that power cycle the Xbox one console and give it a new try

In case you need to know how to power cycle:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Try this:

1) Clearing the cache

2) Restart console

3) Recover profile again from xbox live

I turned off the 2-step verification and tried the download profile again ... once again found the xbox live account but no luck with the profile download, same error message as before.

At this point, Im more than willing to do a complete burndown and create all the xbox live accounts all over again just to get the Live service working again with my console

To solve this issue, try the following:

1. restart Xbox 360 console.

2. Test Xbox LIVE Connection

3. Sign into Xbox LIVE.

If this does not solve the issue, call the support again & they should escalate your case.

There was a status alert earliar of the same thing it might be best to check and try again in a hour or 2 after powercycling the router and console again . https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status
