    Welcome to Xbox Live. How may we help you? No seriously, that's Xbox Live. Priority is for Xbox One and its services and not for Xbox 360. Pretty sure 360 support is getting chopped off in the next few years anyway.

    the original xbox wasn't cut off, live for xbox was around for years after 360, they just stopped making games for xbox, and why wouldn't they.
