xbox live oe month voucher used for week before returning xbox. Xbox will not give me a code ...

I have been told my xbox live will stay active even though i am unable to use it due to having to return my xbox. My fifa online ultimate team game play was playing up so i returned my xbox and fifa as i bought them as a package. I was thinking to buy
the system back at a later date. My issue is that my xbox live i have actovated will be lost without much use. So instead of being able to freeze it or give me a month to replace it like in the past it will just run out without me being able to use it. I
think this is ridiculous and i will not be buying an xbox again. I was advised to log my complaint on here such bad customer service.

Dodo gave me a Active pin nunber for Xbox live Gold subscription claimed on 23/08/2015. This is the 1st time using the code given by dodo texted to my mobile & entered the active pin & states been activated before Xbox stated they are not responsable for
the code i was given as it is part of a package deal with Dodo so Xbox stated that they have to give me a code that hasnt been used or activated before. The problem is dodo refuses to provide me with another code as they are stating that i activated the code
& will expire out after 90 days & i will be given a new code then. Well i am not happy at all & friend advised me to call the iNSW onbudsman & make a formal complaint about the issue & the ISP dodo to see what can be done about & come to an agreement that
is satisfactory

But if you returned your console and got a new one, you'd get a whole new voucher in the new console as well.

yea I know i would but the voucher i used was not one which had come with the xbox it was one which i had previously purchased like last year when i had an xbox.

 

lol i done as you said and i ended up getting the same response. I already spoke to them they said they can't do anything but let my xbox live run out
