xbox live not working....

So yeah, seems like xbox live aren't working at all. Xbox live service status says it's only a problem with "Buying downloadable items" , but for me it's the hole service...

It was all good up untill today, now it say - NAT tupe is strict... and cheaking the connecting just gives me "can't get an ip adress" message , though i can see in the settings that xbox did get the ip and all that..

am i the only one special?)

My xbox live for 360 Has not been working since last night, I can connect to the internet but not Xbox Live and it says xbox live is working but it wont let me connect to Xbox live

 

and just to say.... i'm not using any router whatsoever... 'cos router + xbox it's aint good/

 

my ip is [Mod Removed - Removed Public IP for your protection]

and internet is working fine..

 

i dunno what's going on with xbox live, but i solved this problem with my internet provider..

had to use dynamic ip adress for the mac adress of the console

now i can log in into live but my nat still says - strict

Sorry to hear about the NAT issue! Glad to see you eventually got the main issue solved, let's start with troubleshooting the NAT issue with our Xbox One multiplayer solution page.

Follow each step in that page and post back to let us know how it goes! If it doesn't help, post back with the networking hardware you use, be sure to include brand name and model numbers!

 

yeah well, this "Xbox One multiplayer solution" didn't help me at all.

as i wrote before, i'm no using a modem or gateway... there is only cabel that goes stickly to my appartment .... therefore the presumed gateway that gives me an ip adress in roof based in the building i live in.. is been hosted by the company that provides
the internet to my building.

i did contact them, but they reassuared me that everything is fine on their side ( who knows , my8be the liyed, idk), they told me there was no changes with their device

so the problem still there...it just went that way the day before yesterday

1) my static ip [Mod Removed - Removed Public IP for your protection] just went awol on the xbox, if i pin it to the xbox it wont connect to the xbox live at all, in the advanced settigs it says that i got the ip and all, but when i try
to test the connection it says "can't get an ip adress"

2)my dynamic ip 10.190.35.45 (i presum it does change every day or so) gives me xbox acses to the live but the NAT type is strict

so, i can probably try to convince my internet provider to give me brand name and model numbers of the device they are using , but even so, i wont be able to reconfigue the setting on it

 

Same error here. Been playing a lot this week and just started getting the "Can't get Teredo IP Address" error today. Nothing has changed on my end. Been through all of the trouble shooting guides, and reset all devices in the path. Detailed NAT info
says "Your device is behind a firewall (or not connected).

 

so< there will be no response anymore?

Apologies for the delay. If you happen to be on a community network in your apartment, you will need to contact your apartments IT and ask them to forward the ports for Xbox Live. If we don't have a router to access to troubleshoot, there unfortunately will
be very little we can do as this is a network issue. When it comes to community connections, there could also be several Xbox consoles connected to the same network that could also be causing this issue.

well, yeah, thx for pointing me in the right direction.

just had to push my "apartments IT" as you call it, and conv. them that it was thier doing...
