    i just topped 3 months on my xbox one live gold and it says i have gold but i cant play online. Also when i go on settings subscriptions it shows a warning sign next to where it say prepaid code.

    it would now seem that because he has not accepted the new terms and conditions message that has been sent out today and does not know his password to logon to the Microsoft website to be able to accept it, this is why his live account is not working properly.
    I have escalated it to XBOX support for the password reset Thank you for the advice though.

    I suggest that you contact Xbox Phone Support about this issue. They will be able to look into your sons account and do some more troubleshooting with you.

    Patch is coming the 27th for all platforms.

    Maybe Xbox live is doing it's job and rejecting updates that will not work properly?
