Xbox Live not working post update.

Two days ago I updated my Xbox One via a forced update and ever since I cannot connect to Xbox Live. It is connected to my wireless internet, or at least it says it is, but when I go to connect to Xbox Live it says I'm not connected. Then I check my wireless
settings and it again says connected. This has only started since the update, nevertheless had the problem before. Will post pictures later on. So far, not liking the new update. I plan on resetting my modem when I get the change and try again before I comment
on this again.

Just bought new xbox one and the update is not working!! Is this an xbox live issue?

it's not working for me

cleaning the cache doesn't change anything

and doing the update via USB is working until the console restarts and tell me the update for xbox live "is not currently available"

 

Try this: go to network settings, go offline and restart your console. Add again your wireless connection(you have to remember the password).

It didn't work. I cannot even access my settings. When I click Settings it brings me right back to the main screen. I did a factory reset ia holding the controller connect and eject button and then while still holding pressing the power button but I get
kept apps and games. No changes except my Gamer tag is no longer on the xbox.

 

Ok, so following the advice of a youtuber video I followed the steps. Press and hold the eject button and controller connect, while still holding both press the xbox button. After the reset I had my xbox on for about 10-15 minutes then turned it off and
back on again. It basically took us back to day one (we still had our games and whatnot though) and all is good now!
