    Cant connect

    My xbox live for 360 Has not been working since last night, I can connect to the internet but not Xbox Live and it says xbox live is working but it wont let me connect to Xbox live

    I'm getting a "some content unavailable error:8007065b" I contacted support and they had me delete my profile, now I can't retrieve it. After they dropped the ball on that, they conveniently said they just started an update while we were troubleshooting....i
    waited an hour to contact support and was doing their song and dance troubleshooting for an hour. And then miraculously in the the middle of it they announced an update? Gtfoh "Paul I." Should have checked that first instead of wasting an hour of my time and
    making the problem WORSE. Microsoft's support is just as bad as WarGaming' s........ Paul said he would email me once the update was completed in 1-3 hrs.

    Stop spreading fake news. There is a definite issue with 360. Just because you don't have the issue, doesn't mean that there isn't one.

    Been going through the same thing. Twice now. Really beginning to piss me off. I just renewed for a year and haven't been able to use it for a week. Can't talk to a real person either it seems.
