Xbox live not working in Turkey

Thank you for coming to the forums. We'd be happy to help you figure out why Xbox Live is not working for you, but we'll need more information about the issue. Also, we shouldn't be discussing the use of VPN's on the forum since it goes against guidelines
to discuss something that uses the service in a way that is not intended. Using a VPN is under your discretion but shouldn't be talked about here on the Xbox forums.

What error are you getting when trying to connect to Xbox Live via your home network? What troubleshooting steps have you already tried that did not help? Do you connect wireless or hardwired to the router?

I live at turkey. My microsoft account and xbox region is set to turkey

No you have to live in a xbox live region to redeem the code

Codes only work in supported regions and if they aren't one of the banned region atm which us turkey and russia

Turkey is an xbox live region for 360 unknown if one supports it

In order to use the code your account region must reflect your actual region you must use the region migration tool to change to turkey then change the xbox one region to turkey to download it

You do know that turkey is a xbox live region correct?
