    xbox live not working / hotline not answering for hours !


    Since 2 days, my xbox is connected to internet but won't connect to xbox live.

    tried everything, have been with the hotline number for more than 1 hour and still no one taking my call...

    Absolutely unibelievable and unbearable to treat clients this way more than a joke !!!!!

    XBOX LIVE IS NOW WORKING

    FOR TWO HOURS XBOX LIVE WAS NOT WORKING IT IS NOW UP AND RUNNING IN THE UK.

    Can you run a network test on the console in Settings > Network > Test Multiplayer Connection and let us know what you see? Those details will help us further troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing.

    I reached out to the Xbox Accessibility hotline and they said that outputs are currently
