xbox live not working for my other accounts

Hi there,

a subscription will only be available on the account it was activated on. There is an option on the Xbox One or Xbox Series consoles to allow other profiles on that console be able to benefit from a subscription, but then the console needs to be specific as Home console for the account with the subscription(s), please double check if the account with the subscription has the console set as Home console.

If your console is set as Home console, but it still isn't working then you could try the foillowing steps:

-Power cycle the console:

- Redownload the profile:

I tried doing that as well and it didn’t work. I’m able to connect to Xbox live the actual net work but I can’t download my profile with my Xbox live account on it. A lot of other users are also having trouble with this problem

If they both have separate gamer profiles/accounts you can set one Xbox as Home Xbox and the other with the Xbox Live account holder signed in. This means that anyone can login and game on the Home Xbox using the Xbox Live subscription whilst the live

If only one account has gold then that account can get onto xbox live on any console regardless of the "my home xbox" feature.

Xbox live sharing does not work on xbox 360, so you will need more subscriptions for each other account that doesn't have gold.

On the xbox one the my home xbox feature will share xbox live gold and digital games (not all DLC) to all other accounts on that console when the account with gold is the "my home xbox" account but that does not share to backwards compatible games on xbox
one.

Hey there, when you originally purchased and downloaded them was it on another console by chance? If so you will need to do a license transfer and re-download the content:

support.xbox.com/.../download-content

If what I said above doesn't apply, try logging in the profile that originally bought the content on a second controller while signed into your new account on the first controller and see if you can access it then.
