Xbox live not working for Mindcraft Story mode

Discus and support Xbox live not working for Mindcraft Story mode in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have connected and tested the connection to xbox live through the "Systems" menu item.     Xbox live not working for Mindcraft Story mode


    I have connected and tested the connection to xbox live through the "Systems" menu item. However, when I play Mindcraft story mode I get the message "you need to be signed into xbox live to access xbox live features." when trying to get to get to the next
    episode. I am using the Season Pass Disc.

    Story Mode not working

    As of a couple days ago it stopped working for me. The main title screen appears and I press A to start the game. It says connecting to server, then checking for DLC....then it goes to black screen with loading icon in bottom right corner....and stays there.
    It never goes past that screen now. Anyone else having this problem and know a fix? Thanks.

    Managing Mindcraft game without xbox live

    So if i'm understanding Mindcraft for Xbox One - you can play around in mindcraft but it's all on a "trail" basis unless you buy the Live Gold to save?? Is this correct? We are new to Xbox and i'm trying to help my little guy understand what he can and
    can't do here.

    cant install red dead redemption 2 story mode

    So if i purchase red dead online,will i immediatly be able to play story mode,i wont need xbox live so that i can play red dead 2 story mode will I?

    I purchased red dead 2 story mode but i cant seem to install it, so all i need is internet connection and to purchase online mode and it will immediatly work?

    The story mode is an addon DLC for the online module. Yes you must have both, or have purchased the full game. No you do not need Xbox live to play story mode

    We found confusion.

    That's just story mode, buddy. It works only when the user already has the Online mode purchased, it works together.

    You need to have online mode to be able to download story mode.

    We all have Xbox live accounts and we still can't multiplayer in mindcraft, some directions sure would be nice. Should have stayed with the wii system
