Xbox live not working for me

Hello,

For over a week now I can't play games that require Xbox live connection. I get disconnected as soon as I get into a game. Gold and Game Pass also don't get recognized when this happens. Network is fine, power cycled my One X, nothing seems to work. I'm
stuck playing offline games only as I keep getting signed out. And it seems I'm not the only one with the exact same issue.

If you are connected using WiFi maybe your xbox is too far from the router, that happens to me sometimes

Got signed out... Now it's back to the same situation as before

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

Sorry you are having issues with the subscriptions and network while gaming. I would recommend trying to
remove and re-add your account. I
would suggest trying a Soft Factory Reset where
you keep your games and apps if removing and redownloading the account does not help.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

Give this a try and let us know how it goes
