Xbox Live not working for 4 days now. FRUSTRATED!

haven't been able to play 2k14 for 4 days now due to this xbox live issue. shouldn't have to deal with such issues when you pay this much for a system and pay monthly for a premium service such as Xbox Gold. so want to sell this system for a PS4. continue
to be disappointed by these issues. attempted to reach tech support and got nothing. anyone have any solutions?........

Unable to download June update, Status Code 397F-3CD4-A080-0F00-8007-2746

I've been trying for 3 days to get the update and I also can't do it. I'm trying to play MW3 and it's not happening and now I'm starting to get real frustrated. Sounds the same as above, I can't connect to Xbox Live. I am going thru a router but we have
4 laptops and another Xbox console that are working with no problems. What's going on Xbox??

 

4 Days Now, NetFlix/XBOX Live not working !

I tried to watch a movie today and had the exact same issue. I called support and they said that all the servers were supposedly running fine.

Anyone have any better info?

 

hey dayyellowmamba, can you go into more detail as for what you mean its not working? like, can you not start the game, is it not going into the online game mode? whats exactly going on

 

Hi there have tried resetting your router/modem? Also have you tried the troubleshooting steps found in settings under network, if you havent i would recommend it.

 

i've done EVERYTHING as far as checking the connection/resetting my router. it never gets past the initial "loading files" screen after the intro......

 

when i go to my current network status is says "purchase and content usage" issue, BUT when i test my network connection it says i'm good....

 

I would try the standard troubleshooint.

Clearing the persistent storage, performing a hard reset on the console.

If that doesn't work, then I would try to uninstall the game, and reinstall. Is this a disc version of the game, or a digital?

 

@spyroman12 disc version. trying to avoid a hard reset b/c i don't want to lose everything i have saved on there........

 

oh a hard reset involves this

1) turn off console

2)unplug all cords connected to console

3)place finger on power button for 30 seconds

4)plug all cords back in and turn on console

That's a hard reset. What your talking about is a restore to factory defaults. Two different things, and the hard reset doesn't get rid of any data. give it a shot man

 

Oh, and when installing your disc version of NBA2K14, disconnect yourself from the network. it will help install the game faster. True story
