xbox live not wokring for days on 360 no service alerts plse help

As of yesterday 1130am Tucson AZ I have not been able to connect to live on my 360. Microsoft web sight doesn't say anything about a service alert but my xbox 360 does. My friend has an xbox one yet he has no issues. I have tried everything that has been
suggested and then some. On my end it says connection to network and internet are good. but there is a yellow service! and red x live status. 801519oe .Yet I cant stream, message, or use the web browser app without x box live. Does anyone know whats going
on because its not my internet or my console. Does Microsoft even know whats going on?

I am in Phoenix, AZ and haven't been able to connect to xbox live for 3 days. We mostly use the xbox to stream movies.

According to the Xbox Support page for error codes, that one is obviously for issues for

connecting to Xbox Live on the 360. From that link:

These messages may mean one of the following:

There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.

Your Xbox Live account has been temporarily blocked because the system detected suspicious activity.

The profile stored on your Xbox 360 console is corrupt.

Another profile has signed in.

When you say you've tried everything, have you already tried clearing the cache? If not, the steps are in the link. How about deleting / readding your profile?

Also, are you able to go to a friends house and try connecting to Xbox Live on their internet?

Edit - I just saw another topic about this issue, one that you posted in too, and it seems to me like this is an issue on Microsoft's side that is clearly affecting some. All I can really suggest is to try calling support, and see if they have any explanation.

Affected Services: Downloading items that you already purchased

There is an Xbox Live Service Alert for Social aspects on Xbox One and Xbox 360. It has been going on for along time and everyone is experiencing it. It is not just you. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Check up on the Xbox Live Service Alert for updates.
