Xbox live not recognised

Hello,

It's been a couple of days now that our xbox live gold is not recognised anymore by any games! It's really frustrating as we need it to play to almost all of our games! We've checked our subscription and it's all good and should be automatically renewed
on 09-18-2017. We're in Canada and it's on the list of the countries and regions. It's been 12 years we're on xbox live and we never encountered such a problem!!

When you get a chance, let's try signing out of the console, then sign back in. Are you still being prompted to purchase Xbox Live Gold?

Xbox live not being recognised ?

I've been having an issue connecting to any multi player game the past few days, when i try to play multiplayer i get directed to a page asking me to get an xbox live gold membership even though i have an active gold membership until February 2019. Ive checked
the network connection and the multiplayer connection and everything is fine and ready to go, also i can use all the other applications that i need gold membership for just not multiplayer ! I deleted my profile and done a hard reset and added my profile again
but its still the same problem, everything checks out fine but it still asks me to get gold membership when i try to play online. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Xbox Live Gold subscription. Let's have you try to remove your profile and then re-add it to the console to see if that helps.
